Removing Duplicates

Hi Guys

I need to remove duplicates in Column B, but keeping the FIRST and LAST occurrence.
Example
All the duplicates in RED must be deleted, the complete row.

frank
frank
peter
peter
peter
peter

peter

If there are only 2 duplicates, like frank, then nothing must be deleted.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Don't forget to copy paste values before you do any deleting/ sorting or it wont work!
