Hi
I am new to (and struggling with) VBA
I have a complicated sheet I would like to email on that has lots of results, formulas and links to other sheets
I would appreciate any help on obtaining a code to remove formulas and links from my sheet leaving the values only.

Thanks in advance
Robert

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple

I have used this code made up by running a macro then attemting to edit it. I am unsure of the statment
Range("AB12").Select
part as if I copy the code to new sheets it may not instigate the required actions
IE select from A1 to AV2000 copy paste values only.
Still struggling
Robert

Sub valuesonly()
'
' valuesonly

'
Range("A1:AV2000").Select
Selection.Copy
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlValues, Operation:=xlNone, SkipBlanks:= _
False, Transpose:=False
Range("AB12").Select
Application.CutCopyMode = False
End Sub
