Hello everyone,

Does anybody know a way of searching through a list and removing all excess blank lines as I cannot create a pivot table with lines in between data. Many thanks

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Here's a quick way. Select the entire range you want to work with including the blank lines - this is essential. Apply Auto Filter and click on the arrow for the first column and select Blanks. If not all cells are blank you can filter again on other columns. When you are satisfied with the filter, delete the blank rows.
