repeat cell contents every 30

Apologies guys if this has been asked, im running out of time....
We have a list of buildings that we deliver a sevice to, i have a spreadsheet that i have created dates for the year along the top, what i need to be able to do is insert a buildings name under the date the service was delivered then i need to repeat the service every 30 days (excluding weekends)....tearing out what is left of my hair i landed here with you guys, huge thanks in advance......T

As the data is sensitive to local government i am unable to provide a sample....completely open to suggestions and since you guys are faster than our it experts...im open to any suggestions
