I have an excel sheet with sub sections as shown and I am looking for just the most recent section heading to be printed at the top of the next page if the subsection carries onto the next page. It would be ideal to be dynamic so items can be added into the subsection and the header can still repeat at the correct location. In the image the row in blue "List of Acronyms:" would be repeated on the next page. Any help would be appreciated.

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
The only way I know how to do that is to put each section you want repeating rows on a new sheet. Set the repeating rows accordingly, set the print area for each sheet, select all sheets you want to print, and print them all at once.
