Replace cell reference with value within a formula for a whole range

Hey,

I am a non-advanced user of Excel 2007 and I would like to ask a rather simple question:

I would like to replace a cell reference with its value within a formula.

For example:

A B C Desired cell display
1 10 20 =$A1+$B1 =$A1+20
2 30 40 =$A2+$B2 =$A2+40

According to MS website, I can click in the formula (column C), highlight the relevant cell reference (i.e. $B1, $B2) and then pressing F9 will do the trick (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/replace-a-formula-with-its-result-HP010066258.aspx)

My question is how can i do this for a whole range of cells containing the formula rather than doing it on cell-by-cell basis ?

I would be really grateful, if you could give me some help, pls.

Try:

1) In cell C1, enter

="z=A2+"&B2

2) Copy this down to your last row
3) Select all these cells, copy and paste special values onlye
4) Using Replace (under Edit menu), replace all 'z' with (blank)

Just tested and this should work

I tried your proposition. Nevertheless, the A2 cell reference remains constant as I copy your proposed formula until the last row (as expected, since you have converted it to a Text format). What I would like is for this reference to be updated as I drag down the formula:
