I'm using the replace function to replace 0 with "!"

When doing this it affects any cell that contains this character, so if the value is 10 this becomes 1!

Is it possible to use this function in a way that the example I gave would not be affected? and only cells with meet the exact criteria are replaced

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December

Hit the "Options" button on the Replace dialog, and select the "Match entire cell contents" check box.
