replace sheet with another from a different work book.

I need to replace a sheet toolSKUprice! in workbook1 with another sheet tookSKUprice! from workbook2.

How can I do this whilst ensuring all the names continue to work?

Are the names you want to continue to work in Wbook 1 or Wbook2 ?

they are the same names the sheets are almost identical.
workbook2 contains the names I want to continue
