Does anyone know how to remove the Microsoft Excel header from the top of the page so it can be replaced with other text of my choosing?

Thanks-in-advance

UKPhil,

How about:

Application.Caption = "My Title"

Restore:
Application.Caption = ""

Hi phil,

Try:

Sub replace()
ActiveWindow.Caption = "" 'remove window name
Application.Caption = "Hello!" 'replace "Microsoft Excel"
End Sub

Sub restore()
ActiveWindow.Caption = ActiveWorkbook.Name 'restore window name
Application.Caption = "" 'restore "Microsoft Excel"
End Sub
