Replacing " "

I'm looking for a macro that could take care of this. A search of the forum yeilded several thoughts, but none of them are sticking.

I have a sheet with part numbers, most are numeric, some are alphanumeric and a few are alphanumeric with spaces. On a seperate sheet I can print out inventory cards with barcodes. The user types in the part number and a barcoded card is produced. The only problem is with the spaces. The spaces will always, so far, occur in spots 4 and 5 (ex. 00w 123456). The barcode font doen't regognize a space so it needs to be replaced by a =. So what I was hoping is for a macro that replaces the " " in the part number with a "==". Ideas?

Have you tried Edit/Replace?
