Shown is my master workbook which is complete with macros that downloads from a weekly web link all required data and sorts into the proper columns. (desigend by someone else). New rows always enter on row 7 while existing data gets pushed down one row.
I need to single out 2 columns of data as shown with workbook G3.
G3 is also CSV format which is required because these small workbooks
are used by my charting platform. My charting platform then plots this
as a line on my chart.
Currently I single out 6 columns with date as shown by the folder. I do this manually with almost 100 seperate workbooks.
Updating all the seperate workbooks automatically would be nice.
It only needs to update 2 cells weekly, the date and the new value,
however like my master workbook new data must be pushed down one row to allow new data on row 1.
Any help would be appreciated

Hello
Thanks for the reply.
I was hoping the capture I posted would help explain what's needed.
As the "Commodity Cot Spreadsheet" gets updated I would like my other smaller workbooks updated with the new entry and date.
All smaller workbooks like the one shown 'G3" have only two columns of data from the main spreadsheet and are in CVS format. G3 for example uses column D and A.
This particular sheet labelled GC within the"Commodity Cot Spreadsheet" has 6 smaller workbooks in total as shown with the picture of the folder on the right.
The smaller workbooks then get used by another piece of software that requires the excel file be in CVS format.
thanks
