Hello,

I have a report that I'm having a heck of a time trying to get to print properly. The report has a sub form, and is intended to only pull a single header record and any sub records associated. When I go to print this report, the sub form doesn't generate where it is placed in design view but rather it goes to the next page. After the record in the sub-form shows, there is a big white space. I want the report to print with the detail, then the page footer. The page footer is showing on both pages. I've attached photos to help. I've tried modifying the properties but have been unsuccessful.

Maybe make your Page Footer a Report Footer? Based on the content I'm just guessing that's more in line with what layout you're actually trying to achieve...

Otherwise this seems to be working like it's supposed to. Your Detail section is pushed to the next page to make room for the footer since both can't fit in what's left of the page and the page footer - by definition - has to be there.
