Represented items in arrea.

Good morning.

I'd like to ask you to help me with formula for represented values in area.
Explanation:
I've i C1:C100 column some values in each row. Some of them are also repeated. The quantity of filled in rows in this area is still changing. I need a formula in D column to write still actual represented (not repeated) values from C column area C1:C100. The list of represented item should still actualize, base on adding or deleting values in C-area.
