Hi,

My sheet prints passes for vehicles leaving site. Once each line is filled in by the driver, and they press <enter> the pass is populated with the data in the relevant spaces, then automatically printed out.

I've been asked to add a new column <reprint pass> that will do just that - reprint previous pass details again.

Problem is, those details are now long gone on the template sheet, only the last line of any details are populated.

Can a macro button be placed in the <reprint> cell that will re-populate the pass sheet with only the details of the chosen row?

I can't figure out how the macro button would know on which row it was placed, such that the pass sheet can be re-populated with that row's details.

Thanks in advance.

Brewster.

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
The simple answer's "Yes."
The problem: the old crystal ball's a bit busy at the moment, so we can't guess how your code already looks, or how your "Pass" is made up.
If you tell people ALL of the facts right from the start, they won't need to ask you for more info, and you're more likely to get more responses.
