Restricting Pivot Table Drop Down

Hello All,

Just joined the Forum. For many weeks now trying to find an answer to the problem of restricting the options in pivot table drop down.

I have to make report for a Zone consisting of 4 regions daily & I want each region to see only their report. How can I restrict the drop down in Pivot Table ,without using the protection in excel or without using any kind of Macro? If I try the protection, then i have to do it four times..!!
