Hi,
I have cells which have a particular formula in them.
Plus I have conditional formatting for these cells.
But the conditional formatting doesn't work when there is a formula in the cells that are conditional formatted.

Could someone give me a solution for the same?
Or if there is another way to do the same.

Warm regards,

Chabuk1

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
In what way doesn't the conditional formatting work? What's the cells' formula and what's the condition. You can conditionally format cells that contain a formula.

The conditional formatting turns the cells green for a particular date range. The formula in the cells basically adds a value defined in a different cell.

OOPS. There was a small error in my formula for conditional formatting.
Thanks for your response.
