Im having issues retrieving the values from a simple Access select query.

I have created a simple Access select query that returns a single column of values.

I have used the import external data feature in excel and selected the query in Access. All that is displayed in the excel sheet is the column heading and two blank rows? Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Have you tried using MS Query from Excel? You can pull the data from the Access table and filter it as required. Simple to refresh the data when needed as well.
Check the Help in Excel for External Data
