Return contents of cell or if the cell is blank return statement

Hi All,

I am having some difficulty getting this to work and wonder if anyone would be able to help?

I want to search a specific cell and if it contains data then I want to return in the data, if the cell is empty then I want to return the value "Not Answered"

I have tried this but it is not working:- =IF('Reasons Text to columns'!M5,IF(ISBLANK(Reasons Text to columns'!M5),"Not Answered"))

close but a bit round the wrong way
