I have two columns one with an employee and next to it their corresponding department. I would like to organize it so each department has its own sheet with the employees listed in their department's sheet. I would also like it to be easily updatable so if an employee is moved, leaves the company or a new employee is hired it would automatically update. I've researched it a couple of times and couldn't come up with a solution. Can anybody help with this?

Hi and welcome to the MrExcel Message Board.

I would treat your two columns as the master then write a reporting macro to create a sheet for each department. When the master is updated you would prompt the user to run the macro to update the departmental sheets before saving.
