Return value from sheet based on name in a cell

Im trying to return a value from a worksheet based on the name in a cell which matches the sheet eg
In the workbook i have several sheets and in sheet1 i need a formula which looks in A1 and then finds the worksheet with the name that matches that value and returns the value from A2 in that sheet. Hope that makes sense.

Any help appreciated.

This uses the Indirect Function which is volatile and will slow your workbooks down if you have a lot of calcuations.
