I need a formula to :
Look in Column D3:D100 to cells that match A1 then from those look in column E3:E100 for cells that match A2 then look in D2:AA2 for cells that match A3 and return the value in the cell that matches all 3.

Which is your XL version please ? ( your profile does not say) Newer versions have newer functions
