I want return the daily velocities (column K) into the grid I've got. The values in the grid M4:P4 and down are examples I plugged in. I need the date in column L to fall between the dates in G & H and then M3:P3 to match what the retailer is in column E. Thanks!

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Try this in M4, drag right and fill down as needed (untested).
Excel Formula:
=IFERROR(1/(1/SUMIFS($K:$K,$E:$E,M$3,$G:$G,"<="&$L4,$H:$H,">="&$L4)),"")
