Hello,

I do not know how to return multiple records for a single item which occurs multiple times in another list. What formula do I use to return multiple records?

List #1 List #2
Item A Item A record #1
Item B Item A record #2
Item C Item A record #3
Item B record #1
Item B record #2
Item B record #3

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
Your example leaves a bit to be desired. What is the value you want to compare to the list? Can you provide an example which includes expected results please?
