I have the following numbers

Column A Column B Column C
4 1
3 0
2 1
1 1
3 1

If the Value in Column B is Zero then I want the corresponding Value in Column A to be in the corresponding row in Column C

Eg in this it would be 3

How can I do this?

thanks
