Reverse Pivot Table?

Not sure if what I'm trying to do is possible, but here it is.

Each column across my page has an account name (B:ZZ)

In column A, Rows 2 through 100 have product names.

It's basically a grid. If an account carries a product, I put an 'X' in the cell where the Account Name Column, and the Product Name Row meet.

I'd like to have a separate sheet for each account that will show a list of all the products they carry, based on the X's that I've used to indicate this in my grid.

Is there a way to accomplish this?
