Reverse v-lookup

[MN_Excel]

Does anyone know of any ideas on how I could do kind of a reverse v-look-up. In short, I want to have the formula look at a value in colmn A of sheet 1 and then find the same value in Column B of sheet 2 and then give me the value 15 rows down?

Is this what you mean?

=INDEX(Sheet2!B2:B100,MATCH(Sheet1!A2,Sheet2!B2:B100,0)+15)

Adjust the ranges, accordingly.
