Trying to put together a study plan, including dates I learned a specific
chapter for the first time, and 1st, 2nd, third review dates for the same chapter.

Using 3 columns to indicate the 1st, 2nd, 3rd review dates.

Date Book CHPTR 1st Rvw 2nd Rvw 3rd Rvw
7/1/11 BookA 1 7/8/11 7/22/11 8/19/11
7/2/11 BookA 2 7/9/11 7/23/11 8/20/11
7/3/11 BookA 3 7/10/11 7/24/11 8/21/11
7/4/11 BookA 4 7/11/11 7/25/11 8/22/11
7/5/11 BookA 5 7/12/11 7/26/11 8/23/11
7/6/11 BookA 6 7/13/11 7/27/11 8/24/11
7/7/11 BookA 7 7/14/11 7/28/11 8/25/11
7/8/11 BookA 8 7/15/11 7/29/11 8/26/11
7/9/11 BookA 9 7/16/11 7/30/11 8/27/11
7/10/11 BookA 10 7/17/11 7/31/11 8/28/11
7/11/11 BookA 11 7/18/11 8/1/11 8/29/11
7/12/11 BookA 12 7/19/11 8/2/11 8/30/11
7/13/11 BookA 13 7/20/11 8/3/11 8/31/11

Would like to create a tab that shows the Review Plan chronologically, sort by date, regardless whether I review something for the 1st, 2nd or third time, something like:

Rvw Dte Book CHPTR Review Iteration
7/22/11 BookA 15 First
7/22/11 BookA 1 Second
7/23/11 BookA 16 First
7/23/11 BookA 2 Second
7/24/11 BookA 17 First
7/24/11 BookA 3 Second
7/25/11 BookA 18 First
7/25/11 BookA 4 Second
7/26/11 BookA 19 First
7/26/11 BookA 5 Second
7/27/11 BookA 20 First
7/27/11 BookA 6 Second
7/28/11 BookA 21 First
7/28/11 BookA 7 Second
7/29/11 BookA 22 First

Having problems in extracting the review dates from 3 columns and consolidating them into the format above.

Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! /Kenny
