Hello everyone!

I have time values in excel that need to get rounded down if the value is over 8 hours (h:mm:ss), but I don't want the values rounded if it is under 8 hours...

Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Maybe

=IF(A1>TIME(8,0,0),FLOOR(A1,"0:30:00"),A1)

You don't say what you want to round it to?

Another option which i think does what you want

=MIN(A1,MIN(A1,"08:00:00"))
