Hi guys,


I had lost my cell phone,so now i am copying my contacts from web portal,

my contacts are like

1. adam j 00123456789
2. janifer julia 001234578546
3. john 00123456789
but when ever i copy them into excel it comes in single cell "

1. adam j 00123456789 2. janifer julia 001234578546 3. jhon 00123456789

kindly tell me how i can separate them then all contacts comes in manner in excel same as portal

because i am trying to resolve them through delimited txt option but its not working same as i need. kindly please assist me.

Paste into a text file 1st. Add a comma between each contact, import into excel with comma delimited.

You may also be able to do a find/replace with a wildcard *. so it will wipe out the numbers at the beginning with the . and replace with a ,

Or maybe copy, in Excel Edit > Paste Special, tick Text, click OK.

You may then need Data > Text to Columns, Delimited, Space as delimiter to separate into columns.
