Does anyone know how I can run a macro every Monday?

I currently have a macro for this report I'm doing; however, there is a new piece to it in which I need to copy and paste a total from one sheet to another, but only on Mondays.

I run this macro everyday, but this portion of it only needs to be done when I run it on Mondays. How do I do this? I have Excel 2007.

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
You may want to add this at the beginning fo the code so it doesn't run EVERY time you open the book on a monday.

PHP:
If MsgBox("Do you want to run the macro now?", vbYesNo) = vbNo Then Exit Sub
