how to run a macro when Range("B2:B25") is changed

Try this: right click the sheet tab, select View Code and paste in

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Not Intersect(Target, Range("B2:B25")) Is Nothing Then Call mymacro
End Sub

Change mymacro to the name of your macro.
