Hello All,

I am having trouble trying to run a query that will return only the records with the most recent date and time. The dates and times are in separate fields. I tried connotateing the Expr: Date&Time and under Totals "Last" but nothing appears. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
You need a subquery to get the max date/time first, then you can select for that record. Date and Time can be added together like numbers. What field(s) is/are the primary key of the table?
