I think you will find that due to security fears, many people are leery about downloading things they know nothing about to their computers (my work won't even allow it).

Is the game even Excel related?

I can understand, but without seeing it, i doubted anyone would be able to help. Yes, it is run on Excel. It is a bracket system based game, it is kind of hard to explain it.
