Run Time Error 424

I am using Bill Jelens code verbatium, VBA and Macros 2010, page 123. which is

FinalRow = Cells(Row.Count, 4).End(xlup).Row

and I am getting Run Time Error 424

How do I resolve this problem

It should be

FinalRow = Cells(Rows.Count, 4).End(xlUp).Row

It should be Rows.Count
