Excel 2007 / 2010 -

Hello, i was wondering iof someone could help me out with a very strange issue.

I have some vb code that calls a form. The form loads but is then followed by the error message:

Run-time error '-2147417848 (80010108)'
Automation error
The object invoked has disconnected from its clients

regardless of clicking end or debug i get a message saying excel has stopped responding and the whole application crashes.

very strange though, if i disconnect my secondary monitor (linked via hdmi) then the code works fine!?!

If someone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
