Hi folks,

Wonder if someone would be so kind as to help me with this one :)

What I was looking for is as follows:

I need a quick way of putting a formula into column E that calculates the running total of Outstanding Paper files.

The first two rows were nice and easy -

Cell E4 has the formula "=SUM(C4)-(D4)"
Cell E5 has teh formula "=SUM(C4:C5)-(D4:D5)"

This calculates nicely but I cant just copy it down to do the formula in the lower cells (E6 onwards)

There must be an easy way of doing it?

cheers
