Sales Data macro or function help

I have a workbook with sales from 2013 and last year sales from 2012. The workbook contains 52 sheets for each week in the year. I used the same workbook for 2014 but I am now trying to extract the 2013 sales and place them in the 2014's Last years sales.
So I can do it by using this function "='[2013.xlsx]Week 1'!C$15" and then drag it to every cell in that week, but to go to the next sheet copy the formula and change the Week 1 to Week 2 for 52 sheets seems like an issue to me. Any macros that may make it easier.

Thanks in advance

Shezan,

No VBA expert but will ask a few questions to get things going.......

Can you give-
1. the name of the workbooks, are they in the same location.
2. name of the sheets within the workbooks (week1, week2,???)
3. what range the old data is in and where it needs to go in your 2014 sheets

thx
