same heading in excel pages

I have 10 column headings across row 1

i have 500 rows of data

is there any way I can have these same column headings shown in every sheet when I print them



i have excel 2003

Select File and Page Setup

Then the Sheet Tab then select your row and it will repeat

File>Page Setup > Sheet tab. In Rows to repeat enter 1:1
