Save a copy

Hi everyone,

I work in an institution which is on network and has a main server.I have an excel file named "Slip". After I enter the data in the file (which I have saved in a node) , can that file also be saved on to another location ( I mean a copy of the file ) ,preferably into a folder on the main server ? What I need is save the file in the node and a copy in the server.

I hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance.
