I need to save the excel file to a name generated in the file itself. Any easy way for a novice to do it?

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Start by recording a macro of SaveAs, then take a look at the code.

It will most likely look like:

Sub SaveAsMacro()

ChDir "F:My DocumentsSpreadSheetProject"
ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:= _
"F:My DocumentsSpreadSheetProject
