Save Excel file as a PDF File

A request has been sent to me in regards to saving an Excel file as a PDF file. Is this possible and if so how do I do this? I need to be able to do this in both Excel 2003 and 2007. Thanks in advance for your help.

In XL 2007, go to Excel Menu (Found as a huge circle on the top left corner)

and then Save As and then you should be able to find PDF in the dropbox.

If you select Save As... there should be an option to save as a PDF. You say "file" but I think this only saves a worksheet, so you'd need to do it for esach.

You may also have a print-to-PDF driver installed, so it's worth looking at the Print option.

Hi, I've been meaning to get a print-to-PDF driver myself but I do not know any good details of it altho I've researched some.

Is there any driver you want to recommend that is preferably free?

Thanks for your help on this. I got the save as PDF add-on and now I can save my Excel files as a PDF. Thanks again for your help.

I use PDF995 (http://www.pdf995.com/) but I imagine there are loads of decent ones.
