Save File as hidden

Hmm, cant find how to do this anywhere, just wish to save a file as a hidden file.

guessing it goes here somewhere

SaveFile:
ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs (FilePath & ".xls"), _
FileFormat:=xlNormal, _
Password:="", _
WriteResPassword:="", _
ReadOnlyRecommended:=False, _
CreateBackup:=False
