Save Precision as Displayed

In 2003 I could go to Tools > Options... > Calculation, and click on “precision as displayed” to change a cell value to the current format.

Does that functionality exist in 2007?

Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
