Hi Bill, I have used your Podcast 1812 - Increment Invoice, it isexactly what I was looking for. The only issue I have is I am using Vlookup to to get part descriptions & pricing on my invoice. When the VBA saves the copy Invoice, I am getting #NA where the vlookup's where. how do I get the saved document to bring the lookup results over a paste special values or something different ?? thanks for your help.

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Hi Chris, this is the code...
Sub SaveWithNewName()
Dim NewFN As Variant
PosttoRegister
ActiveSheet.Copy
NewFN = "E:\My Stuff\MPM Ltd\Invoices\" & "Inv-" & Range("E8").Value
ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs NewFN, xlOpenXMLWorkbook
ActiveWorkbook.Close
NextInvoice
End Sub
