i need vba macro code to save xlsm as xlsx copy all sheets except sheet1 by save as file dialog to any folder or in the same directory of xlsm

Would it not be easier to delete the first sheet and save under a new name?
For the saving, you can use what Zot suggests.
Don't forget to use the DisplayAlert statements.

Forgot about sheet1. If you named Sheet1, then it can be anything. If you really meant Sheet(1) named "Sheet1" then you just need to delete

Sheets("Sheet1").Delete

then save as usual
