saving a excel as txt

I am wanting to save a single column workbook as a txt file, and i can but when i go to look at it in notepad it has quotes " " on each end of each line, is there a way to save it as straight txt no quotes

Can you post a small but represenative sample of your data please?

below is a sample, because of the comma's it brackets the lines with quotes. I found a macro that was supposed to strip away the quotes, but it dont work
