Saving a file in xlText VBA question

Hello
I have a file that I save in xlText
The problem is that the file loose the data format from 01/01/2008 to 1/1/2008

When I save the same file not in the macro I have a questions

one is about " the file format contain features that are not compatible ....
to keep this format .....
to preserve ....
to see ....

and then I choose yes no or help
Whe I save the file I choose yes but the macro don't! so i loose the data foemat

How to answer yes to that box ?

The dialog just gives the choice of saving the sheet as either an Excel workbook or textfile.

As with other problems of this nature we need to bypass "helpful" Excel ("It Is A Feature, Not A bug") with a macro.
