Saving a Live spreadsheet

We have a department which users have the shared option to insert data for others to view.
Is it possible to have an automated option that saves the sheet every hour, or more, in case it crashes?

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off

Not sure what version of Excel you are using, in 2003 it's under Tools -- Options -- Save tab. You can set up how often you want the save to take place and what the save location should be.
