Saving Formats and values but not formulas

Hi I've got a file with lots of big complex formulas which has a large file size and I have to update it and send it everyday. What I want is to be able to save it so it keeps the formating and values but loses the formulas! Does anyone know if there is an easy way to do this? Apart from copy and pasting every sheet as values. Or how would I write a macro to do this in one step?

Thanks,

Seth

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Code:
Sub ExcelDiet()

    Dim x           As Integer
    Dim LastRow     As Long
    Dim LastCol     As Integer

    Application.ScreenUpdating = False

    On Error Resume Next

    For x = 1 To Sheets.Count

    Cells.Select
    Selection.Copy
    Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues, Operation:=xlNone, SkipBlanks _
        :=False, Transpose:=False
    Range("A1").Select

        Sheets(x).Activate
        LastRow = Cells.Find(What:="*", After:=Range("A1"), LookIn:=xlValues, _
        LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder:=xlByRows, SearchDirection:=xlPrevious).Row
        LastCol = Cells.Find(What:="*", After:=Range("A1"), LookIn:=xlValues, _
        LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder:=xlByColumns, SearchDirection:=xlPrevious).Column
        Range(Cells(1, LastCol + 1), Cells(65536, 256)).Delete
        Range(Cells(LastRow + 1, 1), Cells(65536, 256)).Delete
    Next x

    On Error GoTo 0

    Application.ScreenUpdating = True

End Sub

Try something like that.
