Saving worksheet contents only

Hi All

I doubt this is possible but hopefully someone will prove me wrong. I have a rather large workbook containing a contacts database, the size of the workbook is mainly down to the amount of code in place for running various reports etc. When a user inputs information it takes quite a while to save it. Is there anyway to save the workbook but ignore the code which never changes and just save the contents of the one worksheet? This would also prevent another issue I'm having with 32 bit windows users saving the file and it then not working for those of us on 64 bit windows. I really don't want to have to amend all of the code to store the data in a separate workbook if possible. Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
If you save it as an XLSM it should discard the code.

If you save it as a CSV it will discard everything but the data.

Thanks for the reply

I need to keep the code in the document, I could just do without it saving over it each time as it does not change.

Also I am using office 2003
